INGREDIENTS - SHRIMP

  • 1 2/3 cups rice
  • 2 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 2 bell peppers
  • 4 1 red onion sliced into strips
  • 5 2 cups peas
  • 6 12 oz shrimp

INGREDIENTS - SAUCE

  • 1 6 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 2 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 3 Tbsp water
  • 4 2 Tbsp corn-starch

DIRECTIONS

  • 1 Add all the ingredients of the stir fry sauce in a pan and set it to the side once blended in together.
  • 2 Take the bell pepper, onions and peas and cook them for a few minutes until they are softened.
  • 3 Add the shrimp to the pan and let it simmer in until the shrimps are completely cooked through.
  • 4 Once done, add the stir fry sauce on top and give it a little mix.
  • 5 As it bubbles and thickens, turn the heat off.
