INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Salt according to taste
  • 2 Pepper according to taste
  • 3 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 4 1/4 cup water
  • 5 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 6 1/2 cup wallnut oil
  • 7 2-3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 8 1 cup fresh raspberries, crushed

DIRECTIONS

  • 1 Take a big bowl.
  • 2 Stabilize it by placing it on to folded kitchen towel.
  • 3 Add liquids and whisk briefly.
  • 4 Add dry ingredients and whisk briefly.
  • 5 Add rest of ingredients and whisk gently.
  • 6 While whisking slowly add oil in small amounts (adding it too fast will hinder emulsifying).
  • 7 Whisk untill a thick consistency is achieved with an oily sheen.
